Publish & Design Your Own Stock Tracker on Tableau, Create your Own Candlestick Chart with your own Stock Filter.
In this short course, you will learn how to create a stock tracker dashboard using Tableau, a powerful data visualization tool. You will start by understanding the basics of Tableau and its capabilities, including how to connect to stock data prices in Google Sheets and create a visually appealing and informative visualization to track stock prices.
It would be great for anyone who wants to get Hands-On experience with Tableau and have something to use at the end.
You can format it how you like, and select your own stocks or follow along with mine.
Please note I am not advising you to buy these stocks.
We will create a candlestick chart from scratch, as well as 3 performance cards showing the latest price, one year high and one year low.
We will also add stock and date filters and then publish the dashboard online so it can be viewed from anywhere.
We will also create some calculated fields when creating our candlestick chart and our price tracking cards.
You don’t need any experience, and I will guide you through everything.
